From the afternoon outdoor ceremony, to the lavish pastel pink interior, to the elegant dancefloor, Eden’s “Love Shack Fancy” Bat Mitzvah blossomed with beauty throughout the day.
Each guest found their name on a wall of tasseled escort cards, then grabbed a pair of pink, heart-shaped sunglasses and a bejeweled cowboy hat. “Think Pink” was encouraged as the attire on the invitation, and our guests did not disappoint! Everyone, including the men and boys, had fun adding pink to their outfits.
One of the most unique pieces at this event was the pair of eye-catching, 20 foot tall hanging chandeliers wrapped in spiraling vines and pink flowers.
During cocktail hour, we created individual custom makeup vanity stations where guests had “glow up” sessions; adding fake eyelashes, eye glitter, and feathers in their hair.
The seating was arranged with a mix of adults seated at round tables, kids at tall long tables, and an open seating area in the kids lounge. The long tables were covered with lace overlay and decorated with varying shades of pink flowered bud vases running along the center.
The adult tables featured an assortment of short and tall floral arrangements, paired with candles which cast an intimate light over the primrose pink velvet linens. The table settings were complete, with cut glass water goblets and clear plates over gold rimmed chargers. Custom menus with Eden’s crest as a wax seal were placed under pink ribbon-tied bowed napkins.
The elegance was in every detail, including a 3-tier pink and gold cake and an elevated self-serve candy display.
With an abundance of pink roses, climbing vines, bows, and lace, the “Love Shack Fancy” theme was featured throughout the event. The bar, merch booth, and even the ping pong table were trimmed with custom branding.
Eden’s custom logo was printed on the back of the hoodies, and we brought in and decorated the most adorable telephone booth.
This elegant photo booth was covered in flowers, and made for some gorgeous, frame-worthy portraits.
The dance floor, featuring Eden’s logo, served as a setting for a candle lighting before guests got up and danced the night away.
We capped the evening off with burgers, grilled cheese, and curly fries from a food truck that we brought in, along with some sumptuous sweets.
…and dont forget the PILLOW FIGHT!!!
Mazel Tov, Eden! What a night!
