During our consultation we will get to know your company and listen to what your needs are and how we can help make your event spectacular. We will then provide you with a Statement of Work detailing the services that we will provide.
Whether you are looking to hold a Board Meeting, Corporate Retreat or Holiday Party, we will help you find the perfect event venue to meet your needs. Once your venue is chosen, we work to determine the look and feel of the event or meeting. Details are recommended with a design proposal and detailed budget.
This is where it all starts to come together! All vendors have been determined and now all vendors are booked. We request and review all contracts and invoices and then forward then to your team for payments to be made.
This is the final three weeks before your event. Numbers are finalized and adjustments are made, vendors are confirmed, production schedule is distributed, and staffing is verified. On the day(s) of your event, our team will be onsite to make sure all details come together seamlessly.
