We've been in business for over 15 years so we know which vendors are great and which are not. We will help choose the perfect vendors for your style and budget. Plus if something goes wonky on your event day, we are there to mop the floors, call in vendor-friend favors and go to great lengths to make sure the celebration is spectacular.
During our consultation we will get to know you and listen to your desires for this special day. We will learn about your family and child(ren), the honoree’s interests and quirks and what you envision for the big day.
This phase is all about the look and feel of your event and so we want to get to know your child so we can make the celebration a reflection of them. It will include 3 main things. 1. A meeting with the Bar/Bat Mitzvah Honoree 2. Design Proposal 3. A detailed budget
This is where it all starts to come together! All vendors have been determined and now all vendors are booked. A detailed timeline is created, diagrams are drawn and details are in place.
This is the final three weeks before your event. Numbers are finalized and adjustments are made, vendors are confirmed, production schedule is distributed, and staffing is verified. On the day(s) of your event, our team will be onsite to make sure all details come together seamlessly.
