Poppy’s Parisian Bat Mitzvah was a dream come true—an elegant, Parisian Bat Mitzvah inspiration filled with floral Eiffel towers, a croissant cart, custom swag stations, and signature cocktails.

We had the absolute pleasure of planning a truly magnifique *chef’s kiss* bat mitzvah celebration for Poppy at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel. Inspired by the elegance and charm of Paris, this event was a dreamy blend of whimsy, sophistication, and all things Poppy!

The room was dressed in shades of pink and white, with towering florals and an elaborate balloon installation – complete with shimmering Eiffel Towers that floated above the dance floor, adding the perfect “city-of-lights” sparkle.

We also created a custom-built bar, buffet, and swag station, all wrapped in Poppy’s branding.

These acrylic bar menus we designed added a sophisticated touch, and elevated the overall look of the bars.

The event’s branding elements were woven seamlessly into the event design—from a giant LED screen behind the DJ booth to a custom dance floor that stayed packed all night.

After an inspiring, heartfelt service, guests were treated to a cocktail hour featuring passed appetizers, a stunning sushi station, and signature cocktails and mocktails.

The food offerings ranged from a charming croissant cart, and pastel-colored macaron display, to a beautifully styled buffet, and a made-to-order crêpe station. For late-night snacking, our vibrant candy bar was a hit with guests of all ages!

The swag station was a crowd favorite, featuring cozy hoodies with Poppy’s logo for guests to take home, and the photobooth backdrop transported guests to a Parisian sidewalk bistro.

The florals and build-outs captured our design concept perfectly, but their pièce de résistance was a breathtaking, 10-foot-tall Eiffel Tower covered in flowers – an absolute showstopper.

It was truly an honor to help bring Poppy’s Parisian bat mitzvah to life, and we had the best time planning every detail. Mazel Tov, Poppy!
